We offer scholarships of up to $6,000 per year for college, trades school, licenses and certifications. Over 200 team members have received scholarships totaling over $350,000, funded entirely by CLV and LVMG’s residents!

We also have a generous scholarship program – thanks to residents’ generous donations – available to team members to pursue higher education including programs that lead to a degree, licensure and certification.
LSMMD does offer work-life balance to our team members. We make our best effort to make sure work stays at work, and we offer flexible work schedules.
We offer a variety of shifts depending on the department, including 12 and 8-hour shifts and part-time work hours. We also offer a paid lunch break to all of our team members.
