Work with a nursing team that delivers quality care to our residents. Dedicated to providing compassionate service, our nursing team continuously collaborates with the rest of the residents’ health care team to deliver a resident-centered approach to providing comfort, treatment and health and wellness education. Our nursing team significantly influences residents and their families, often leading to relationships forming, from the compassionate nursing care and emotional support provided.

Join a nursing team that recognizes GNAs are vital to providing residents with compassionate service. GNAs are often thought of as the faces for providing intimate one-to-one care of residents’ daily needs – from answering call lights to helping them bathe and dress.

 We offer scholarships of up to $6,000 per year for college, trades school, licenses and certifications. Over 200 team members have received scholarships totaling over $350,000, funded entirely by CLV and LVMG’s residents!

Who is your benefit carrier for medical insurance?

Cigna is our medical carrier. In addition to offering medical benefits, we offer dental, vision and a variety of other benefits.

Are there opportunities to grow professionally with your organiztion?

We always allow team members to apply and interview for any position that interests them. We also have a generous scholarship program – thanks to residents’ generous donations – available to team members to pursue higher education including programs that lead to a degree, licensure and certification.

Do you provide a work/life balance?

LSMMD does offer work-life balance to our team members. We make our best effort to make sure work stays at work, and we offer flexible work schedules.

What shifts do you offer?

We offer a variety of shifts depending on the department, including 12 and 8-hour shifts and part-time work hours. We also offer a paid lunch break to all of our team members.

What is your organization's culture like?

We are a mission-based organization and strive to provide a friendly environment for all our team members while providing compassionate service to our residents. We also work to remain innovative by keeping abreast on technology to provide excellent service to our residents. Our organization values the importance of a work environment where community and trust are demonstrated consistently.

Do you offer any discounts with local vendors?

Yes, we offer reduced membership rates with several gyms.
