Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland welcomes Lisa Pearre as vice president of marketing and communications. Pearre leads the strategic marketing and communications efforts for LSMMD and its communities – Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster, MD and Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant, Ellicott City, MD.
“Lisa’s deep understanding of the senior living landscape, coupled with her strategic mindset, will elevate our marketing efforts and contribute to the overall success of our organization,” said LSMMD President and CEO, Jeff Branch.
Pearre joins LSMMD with over 20 years’ senior living marketing and sales agency experience. As a thought leader and advisor for nonprofit senior living organizations, she has successfully guided teams through various challenges, including start-up communities, major expansion projects, occupancy turnaround, community repositioning, and organizational rebranding. Pearre holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD.
“I love seeing people’s faces light up when they understand the connection between marketing and sales metrics and strategies and accomplishing their community’s goals. I am thrilled to bring my passion and experience to benefit the LSMMD team,” Pearre said.
