Meet Monica Sloan, Controller

Our Vice President of Finance and Technology, Steve Powell’s interview with Monica Sloan, controller reveals professional and personal insights. Sloan, a Maryland native, has lived in Carroll County for 30 years. She is married with two daughters and is interested in health and fitness.  She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family, friends and her puppy Winston.  She is very close with her Dad; they have a special tradition of washing her car together.  It’s been a bonding activity since she was 16 years old.  Sloan reveals her commitment to the organization over the past 15 years and what’s in store for the future.
